    We offer head to toe physical exams in order to get to the root cause of your concerns. Trained in a similar manor to your medical doctor we have our stethoscope, sphygmomanometer and ophthalmoscope ready to investigate.

    Trained in both Eastern and Western foundations of acupuncture we use fine needles or alternatively ear seeds to promote circulation throughout the entire body as a whole to treat dizziness, numbness, anxiety, addictions or to promote sleep, relaxation, digestion, fertility, etc.

  • Botanicals

    Botanical medicine has been around for centuries. Each botanical has unique herbal properties such as astringent, lymphatic, anti-inflammatory, bitter, etc and with alcohol extraction to reach therapeutic doses we are able to create a tincture just for you.

  • Nutrition Counselling

    Nutrition is foundational in ones health but can be a very difficult aspect to modify which is why we meet you exactly where you are in your nutrition journey. We ensure optimal vitamin and mineral levels through food recommendations and supplementation when necessary.

  • Cupping

    Cupping is ideal for sore, tense or tight muscles. It uses the suction of silicon or hard plastic cups to separate the fascia of skin from the underlying muscle tissue to allow more blood flow and oxygen to the area for speedy recovery. Great post workout treatment.

    Hydrotherapy is the practice of using water to promote healing and includes everything from ice baths after marathons for muscle recovery to hot baths for a sore back. We also use contrast hydrotherapy which alternates hot and cold to promote lymphatic drainage and stimulate the immune system.
