✨ Gentle hands, natural healing, nurturing body and spirit ✨

Laura Burca is a Registered Nurse, Manual Osteopath, and holistic healer with a passion for supporting whole-body wellness. With over two decades of experience in health care, Laura has always been guided by her deep compassion for others. Her background in Nursing shaped her ability to listen, care, and hold space through life’s most tender and transformative moments - qualities that now flow into her holistic practice.

Laura’s approach is deeply client-centered: she listens, observes, and tailors each session to the individual - whether the goal is pain relief, optimal health, nervous system regulation, cellular repair, or glowing skin. She addresses not only the physical symptoms but also the root causes and deeper energetic imbalances that contribute to them.

Nutrition Graduate & Admin Support

Sarah Kresan

Born and raised in Ridgetown, I’m proud to be part of the team at Small Town Sprouted.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Western University and have hands-on experience in healthcare and food service, as well as planning and leading community nutrition programs for all ages. I’m passionate about making nutrition approachable and helping people feel confident in their everyday choices - whether that’s in the kitchen or understanding how food fuels our bodies.

At Small Town Sprouted, you’ll find me at the front desk welcoming you in or leading nutrition education sessions in our Community Space. I’m excited to connect with our community and help foster a space where people feel supported, capable, and confident in making nourishing choices.

Admin Support

Camille Marshall

I’m so happy to be part of the Small Town Sprouted team here in Ridgetown. I’m originally from Dresden, so I know and love that small-town feel where everyone looks out for each other.

As the receptionist, I’m the first friendly face you’ll see when you come in — I love helping people feel comfortable, organized, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. I’ve known Dr. Alecia for years and have always admired her passion for supporting our community, so I’m really excited to now be part of that same mission — meeting new faces, helping people feel at home, and being part of a space that truly cares.

I’m also a mama to a beautiful 18-month-old boy and am expecting another little boy this December! I know firsthand how busy life can get as a mom, so I’m here to help make booking appointments and visits as easy as possible — giving other mamas a bit of time to breathe and focus on themselves.

Come say hi when you stop in — I can’t wait to meet you!.
